Katie Zmed is a LMT who provides a customized therapeutic massage that is gentle and calming, yet firm and supportive. Inspired by her training in Ayurvedic bodywork, Katie blends Swedish and deep tissue techniques while incorporating elements of her specialties in cupping and Craniosacral Therapy. Katie graduated from The Newport Massage School at SAMA (Sacred Stone Academy of Massage & Ayurveda) in 2017. She became a Certified Cupping Therapist in 2018, and has done her Craniosacral Therapy training with the Upledger Institute.
